Problem: The client wanted to redesign the playbook to better guide employees during the iteration process.
My role: Playbook pages design and user research.
The test workshop is a hybrid workshop. We designed both the physical book and the digital book. Another designer on the team and I conducted the online workshop. I designed the interior pages and tested them with the client.
